必赢体育app中国官方网站鈥檚 Building North West business has signed contracts to begin the first main construction phase of the Wigan Galleries redevelopment, to be known as Fettlers.
Following the completion of pre-commencement works, the project team will undertake the construction of the new 拢39.4m Market Hall and 拢4.6m Basement Enabling Works, representing a further 拢44m investment in this transformational project.
The works are part of a 拢135m masterplan, delivered in partnership with Cityheart, which will create a dynamic retail, leisure, commercial and residential hub in Wigan town centre.
Later phases are set to include a six-screen cinema, a music and e-sports venue, a 10-lane bowling alley, an indoor mini-golf centre, food and drink venues, evening entertainment spaces, a new hotel, 464 new homes and a modern market hall, as well as a landscaped public square for outdoor events.
