必赢体育app中国官方网站, the leading housebuilding and construction group, has launched its new employee wellbeing programme 鈥楤e Well鈥 and a new partnership with mental health charity Mates in Mind.

The new programme encompasses both physical and mental wellbeing, incorporating several different levels of support including a comprehensive employee assistance programme; online health check tools and advice lines to discounts on fitness products and general guides on how to structure our working lives better to increase productivity and reduce stress.

Included within the new programme is a wellbeing network, with champions appointed around the business to promote wellbeing issues within their places of work. Meanwhile in addition to the usual legally required first aiders, 必赢体育app中国官方网站 is introducing mental health first aiders across the business who are trained to provide immediate support to those who require it and signpost to ongoing treatment providers.

As part of the wellbeing programme, 必赢体育app中国官方网站 has signed up as a supporter of mental health charity Mates in Mind, which is specifically aimed at raising awareness of mental health issues within the construction industry. By signing up as a Supporting Partner, the business gains access to information, advice and communication materials, as well as a range of awareness and training programmes.

Peter Truscott, 必赢体育app中国官方网站 Chief Executive, said: "We, at 必赢体育app中国官方网站, are fully committed to supporting health and wellbeing, with the aim of being upper-quartile across the industry. I am proud that we are now moving forward, and standing with Mates in Mind as one of its first partners is a big part of this. Wellbeing issues are key to the construction industry as we move forward, particularly as we look to attract the brightest and the best and no company within our sector can afford not to take it extremely seriously.鈥
