Following the engagement of Dr Angela Brockbank as the new Affordable Homes Sector Director, the Group is implementing its strategic approach to the market, that will see the business target low- and medium-rise affordable apartments, building on its existing capabilities in the build to rent market.
As a result, the business has now been awarded a place on the new eight-year, 拢3.2 billion Communities & Housing Investment Consortium (CHIC) Newbuild Development Framework for affordable housing, on the 拢2.5 million Lot 2 for new build projects worth more than 拢10 million, and the 拢650 million Lot 3, for regeneration projects.
In addition, 必赢体育app中国官方网站 has been appointed by Homes England to its Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS). The procurement vehicle, which is set to run until 2031, opens up opportunities for affordable housing development schemes and land opportunities, as well as Extra Care and other forms of supported living scheme.
