必赢体育app中国官方网站鈥檚 project team at The Rise celebrated a key milestone with a topping out ceremony marking the completion of the building鈥檚 structure at the landmark development in Guildford Crescent, Cardiff.
Once complete, The Rise will become Cardiff鈥檚 tallest building, delivering 272 private rented sector (PRS) apartments, ground-floor retail units, and amenity spaces on the ground, first, and 27th floors. The project is privately funded by Lloyds Living, with 必赢体育app中国官方网站 Investments acting as the client.
The ceremony welcomed partners and stakeholders to mark the occasion, with speeches from Simon Courtney, Managing Director for Building West Midlands and South West and Phil Harris, Managing Director of 必赢体育app中国官方网站 Investments alongside representatives from Lloyds Living. To commemorate the milestone, Simon presented a specially engraved silver trowel to Lloyds Living.
The development showcases 必赢体育app中国官方网站鈥檚 commitment to innovation, with the team adopting Modern Methods of Construction (MMC) throughout. This includes the use of pre-cast concrete panels supplied by Creagh through their Rapid Res System, which incorporates the fa莽ade, floor planks, internal walls and stairwells. Bathroom and shower pods have been provided by Off-Site Solutions, with MEPV installation delivered by Blues.
