As highly experienced Utility Industry security partners, our teams worked聽hand-in-hand聽with United聽Utilities throughout AMP 6 to provide design and installation services to protect clean water treatment聽sites across the聽North West.听Experts in the design and installation of integrated security solutions under聽the Security Emergency Measures Directive (SEMD) our teams worked closely to develop value-backed聽solutions which aligned to DEFRA and Water UK standards and where necessary complied with CPNI聽requirements.听鈥�鈥�
Our works incorporated the scoping, inhouse design, installation and commissioning of measures to聽enhance the physical and electronic security at critical 鈥楶oints of Interest鈥� across regional sites to detect,聽deter and delay potential site incursions. Our inhouse security design team worked collaboratively with the聽client to optimise solutions for construction and installation during the feasibility and design聽satages.鈥�
Solutions incorporated the integration of electronic security (inclusive of: CCTV, IDS, PIDS, and more) across聽all sites with existing networks and Alarm Monitoring Centre, maintaining usability as a key priority聽throughout. Physical solutions were inclusive of: Door upgrades, bar sets, hatches, fencing and anti-climb聽systems to provide resilience.听鈥�
Our collaborative working approach to deliver value for money for United Utilities through whole life cost聽optimisation was recognised at the British Security Awards where our team won the accolade of installer聽of the year for this programme or work.听鈥�
